Lead Service Line Inventory Field Investigation - City of Monroe 2024
The City of Monroe is developing a service line inventory as mandated by the Lead and Copper Rule. The City is requesting the service of a qualified contractor to investigate and record service line materials using vacuum excavation. Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to pothole and identify the existing service line material on ±3,000 metered services. Contractor will be required to enter data into the Owner’s service line inventory platform with an iOS or Android mobile device using a license provided by the Owner and Engineer. The fee to download the digital documents is $50.00 payable through the website. Sealed bids for the Lead Service Line Inventory Field Investigation project will be received until August 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be publicly opened. Bids must be submitted in person at 215 N Broad Street, Monroe, GA 30655. Any Bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner.
