Form Based Code - Public Draft Review

Public Review Draft:
The City of Monroe and our planning consultant, TPUDC, invite you to review and comment on the 
draft of the Form Based Code. The draft of the Form Based Code can be found at the bottom of the 
page.

How to Review This Document:
(1) “Empty Hands” – Review the document from beginning to end before generating any comments
(2) “Highlighter” – During a 2ⁿᵈ review of the code, highlight items of interest
(3) “Pencil” – During a 3ʳᵈ review of the code, start formulating draft comments
(4) “Pen” – Complete and refine final comments before submitting to the Planning Staff

Public comments are due by October 4ᵗʰ.
