Sidewalk Replacement (Invitation to Bid) - Walton Road
The City of Monroe will be accepting Bids to contract services for the replacement of approximately 4,400 feet of sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, and driveway aprons along Walton Road. All submittals should follow instructions as detailed in the Invitation to Bid and be complete in scope as requested by the City of Monroe. Bids are to be submitted no later than July 13, 2023 at 3:00 pm (EST).
A copy of the Bid package will become available for download on June 12, 2023 at 9:00am (EST). Please make sure upon downloading a copy of the Invitation to Bid that you notify the Purchasing Department at purchase@monroega.gov with your company’s name and information in order to be included on any additional addenda or items of information that may be distributed during the course of the Invitation to Bid.
Bids will be reviewed and evaluated by staff on the criteria listed herein. At the discretion of the Purchasing Department companies may or may not be contacted for further justification on pricing and details provided in the Bid submittal. Award shall be given to the lowest bid that meets the requirements as listed in this Invitation to Bid, while being both responsive and responsible, with reservation of right to reject any and all bids.
