Pre-Qualification - 24" Raw Water Main & 20" Finished Water Main Extension

The City of Monroe is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the 24-Inch Raw Water Main & 20-Inch Finished Water Main Extension project. The project includes furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the construction of approximately 14,700 L.F. of 24- inch raw water main, 3,630 L.F. of 20-inch finished water main, 500 L.F. of 36” jack and bores, 2-gate valves, 8-air/vacuum release valves and 3-fire hydrants, including all necessary and required appurtenances and erosion and sedimentation control. Pre-qualification of Bidders is required for the 24-Inch Raw Water Main & 20-Inch Finished Water Main Extension project. Contractors previously pre-qualified for this project are still considered qualified bidders and are not required to resubmit. Beginning on Monday, March 4, 2024, a copy of the application and qualification requirements can be obtained, via email from Matt Henderson, P.E. at mrh@wiedeman.com. Completed pre-qualification applications must be received by Wiedeman and Singleton, Inc. by 4:00 p.m., local time, Friday, March 22, 2024, to be considered for pre-qualification. All applicants will be notified of their status by Friday, April 5, 2024. Drawings and Contract Documents will be available digitally after prequalification.
