Madison Avenue Electric Materials Bid

The City of Monroe will be accepting Bids to procure material needed to construct an electrical distribution line on Madison Avenue in Monroe, Georgia. All submittals should follow instructions as detailed in the Invitation to Bid and be complete in scope as requested by the City of Monroe. Bids are to be submitted no later than May 4, 2021 at 2:00 pm (EST).

A copy of the Bid package will become available for download on April 1, 2021 at 9:00am (EST). The download can be found on the City of Monroe’s website at www.monroega.com . Please make sure upon downloading a copy of the Invitation to Bid that you email the Purchasing Agent at jmartin@monroega.gov with your company’s name and information in order to be included on any additional addenda or items of information that may be distributed during the course of the Invitation to Bid. Bids will be reviewed and evaluated by the Purchasing Agent and Director of Electric and Telecommunications on the criteria listed herein. At the discretion of the Purchasing Agent, companies may or may not be contacted for further justification on pricing and details provided in the Bid submittal. Award shall be given to the lowest bid that meets the requirements as listed in this Invitation to Bid, while being both responsive and responsible, with reservation of right to reject all bids.
