Sealed bids for construction of the FY2021 GEFA Water System Improvements Division I - 500,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank will be received until September 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Monroe City Hall, 215 N Broad Street, Monroe, GA 30655, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law.

Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank as shown on the construction drawings. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the elevated water tank, associated piping and tie-in, sub foundation, concrete foundations, earthwork, site work, fire hydrant, staking, grassing, erosion control, antenna corral, altitude valve vault, painting, cleaning, disinfection, and all other appurtenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings.
