Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in our area recently, the lobby of City Hall will be closed to the public beginning Thursday, December 30, 2021 until further notice.  If you need to make a utility bill payment:

-Paying online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/monroega
-Our drive through on Wayne Street will be open during normal business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.  There is also an after hours drop box in the drive through area.

The City of Monroe is developing its Comprehensive Plan, which will be the blueprint for growth and development over the next 20 years.
